Online ordering and your account
We process the details you provide, such as your name, mobile number, email, password credentials, birthday if supplied, order selections, customization notes, pickup details and support requests. Account records may include order history, points, reward redemptions, coupons and gift card balances and transactions. Passwords are stored as password hashes, not readable passwords.
We use this information to authenticate your account, fulfill and track orders, operate your wallet and Rewards membership, issue receipts, handle refunds, prevent abuse and maintain transaction records. Avoid including sensitive personal information in food customization notes.
Payments and gift cards
Card information is entered through Stripe’s payment interface. Our ordering application stores payment references and transaction status, rather than your full card number or security code. Stripe processes information under its own privacy policy. Gift card records include balance movements, ownership or recipient information you supply and delivery status. Treat a gift card code like cash and do not post it publicly.
Notifications and devices
We use the contact details on an order for receipts, order updates and refund notices. Browser push requires permission on that device and your notification preferences. Push records can include a browser-generated subscription endpoint and keys, the associated account, preferences, environment, registration information, and send outcomes. A provider’s acceptance of a message does not guarantee it was displayed or read.
Installing the web app does not by itself subscribe you to push or marketing. You can change notification preferences in the app and revoke notification permission in your browser or device settings. Optional promotional preferences are separate from order updates. Turning off push does not cancel your order or eliminate transaction records and necessary service communications.
Cookies, local storage and security records
The ordering app uses session cookies and browser storage for sign-in, cart contents, checkout recovery and app operation. Blocking or clearing them may affect those functions. Operational records may include timestamps, request and payment references, device or browser information, security events and delivery results. The WordPress portions of the website and embedded services may use additional cookies or storage.
Other website features
Comments, if enabled, collect submitted comment fields, IP address and browser information for spam protection. An email-derived hash may be sent to Gravatar; see Automattic’s policy. Approved comments and profile images may be public. Uploaded images can contain location metadata. Embedded maps, videos and external review services can collect information under their own policies when loaded or visited.
Service providers and sharing
We share information as needed with providers supporting hosting, payment processing, email and browser push delivery, security and restaurant operations. Authorized restaurant staff use order information to prepare and fulfill your purchase. We do not sell or rent your personal information. External sites and services have their own privacy practices.
Retention and requests
We retain information needed to operate your account, fulfill orders, maintain gift card and payment records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations. Deleting an account does not necessarily delete records that must be retained for those purposes. Contact the restaurant to request access, correction, export or deletion; we may need to verify your identity and explain any records that must remain. Do not email your password, full card details or gift card code with a general privacy request.
Changes
We will publish updates here with their effective date. Raffle and win pages are separate website features; this ordering update does not change their rules or enrollment.
